Mark Reyland United Inventors "ASS"ociation BEGGING For Money.

Well the piece of Crap Mark T. Reyland finally crawled out of his hole and BEGGING for money to support the UIA. What's hilarious is his fake beard trying to look like Stephen Key. LOL

Were shocked he didn't try looking like his old buddy Inventor Roger Brown from Edison Nation. Louis Foreman Roger's Boss handcuffed him from associating with Conman Mark Reyland.

America's Got Talent & Mark T. Reyland

Check the youtube video out below. It reminds us of United Inventors Association Executive Director Mark T. Reyland. Reyland. He post all over the internet he has a product development company with many patents in his name. He claims to be an expert in the Inventor Industry without showing any proof.

After watching the video see if it reminds you of Reyland the CONMAN. In time CONMEN all screw up and get caught. Look at the CONMAN act by Timothy Poe the stuttering “America’s Got Talent” contestant.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hiItdgDxfMs

Tim Poe, the stuttering “America’s Got Talent” contestant who won over the crowd and judges with his moving story of turning to music after almost being killed by a grenade in Afghanistan in 2009, has some serious explaining to do.
VIDEO BELOW
Earlier this week, it was revealed that the soldier in the Army portrait he provided to the show was not actually him, and then the Minnesota National Guard said it could not substantiate his claims about being injured in the war.
Now, Poe is apologizing for passing off U.S. Army Staff Sergeant Norman Bone’s photo in combat as his own, claiming he never meant to mislead the public for his own personal gain.
In an interview with the New York Post, the aspiring singer admits that his war injury “may not have happened exactly like I said it did,” claiming, “I really do not remember a lot of things since the accident. I remember a blast going off by my head and being in Afghanistan and telling one of the sergeants.”
Poe also admits to lying about never singing prior to his supposed accident (he had told judges he turned to performing as a way to cure his brain injury-induced stammer).
“I was in a band,” he confesses. “But it was before the accident. And at the time of ‘AGT,’ when the judges asked, before I could even think about answering, my words had already came out.”
But that’s not the end of it.
Poe ALSO admits to lying about being awarded the Purple Heart for his military service.
Check out video of his “AGT” performance below.
What do you make of Poe and his story — Do you believe some of it, or think he’s a total fraud?
And should he be kicked off for lying — or kept because of his talent?

Warren Tuttle UIA President has to be stupid if he thinks all of the accomplishments on the CONMAN Reyland's resume is real.

Mark Reyland "Oh Now do You Get It"?

This was posted by Mark Reyland on the UIA Blog. We find it interesting.

Wednesday, June 26

Oh...Now I get it

We often get questions from people about the UIA and what we do. So from time to time we remind people of the basics.

The United Inventors Association of America is the largest inventor organization of its kind in the United States. With over 14,000 members you're in good company, and Inventor education is always 100% free.
We can assure you there are NOT 14,000 members. The UIA sends out 14,000 emails that end up in the trash bin.

As a nonprofit 501c(3) Educational Foundation we don't get involved in deals with inventors, we don't represent inventors, we don't charge inventors, or sell them books, or coaching, or anything else. We focus the power of the professionals in the industry to get you the knowledge you need and the opportunities to get in front of the right industry people.
The above statement is all Bull Shit. The UIA is all about money from sponsors and representing inventors. Lets look at how Invention Home & Submitmyidea.com make money off inventors. Their business model's a Bait & Switch scheme. By the way you will see Russell Williams owns Invention Home & submitmyidea.com plus he's a UIA Board Member.

And when we're not doing that, we give you a voice in the halls of congress on issues that affect you. Issues like the pro-bono patent program,  the inventor protection act, and the currently being developed Patent small claims court.
Oh and when Mark Reyland isn't in the halls of Congress he's reverse engineering some inventors idea just like he did with Lesia Farmer and he Trap Door Colander she Licensed to LifeTime Brands,He use to invent in his dark little basement in Ohio until his wife kicked his ass out of the house for being a LOOSER & CONMAN. Reyland's told everyone his wife ran off with a church cult leader. We no that's not the case at all.

There are hundreds of hard working, dedicated people involved in the UIA, all serving you, the independent inventor.  Many of us have been where you are, and we're happy to help you on your journey any way we can.
That's funny ,hundreds of hard working people, yeah right. Maybe if you were to count all Mark Reyland's multiple personalities there are 100.

Much of the information you need as an inventor is out there free of charge, you just have to find it and use it.
Really free of charge Mr. Reyland. If that's the case why is Russell Williams pulling off a Bait & Switch on inventors

Insider Blows The Whistle on the United Inventors Association & CONMAN Mark Reyland

By Joe Fournier
Friday, June 14,

Around May of 2012, I was an Inventor Member of the UIA, a post had come to my email looking for volunteers for the UIA,  I volunteered and shortly after received a phone call from Mark Reyland, Mark offered various tasks and offered to pay me for those tasks on a per task basis,  I worked for the UIA for almost a year, My first “Official Title” was Volunteer Coordinator, During that time I was still doing the work and research on the Inventors Rights Act of 1999.  Prior to this I had no writing experience that would qualify my to re write any legislative document.
When I first got involved with this I did not know a lot about the UIA, I was simply a Member who had signed up a short time before, and wanted to volunteer to help, from my understanding, the UIA was supposed to be a place where inventors could go to get help from quality and trusted companies, other resources were available, to help inventors become successful.  While I did not know a whole lot about the UIA, Mark Reyland pushed that it’s all about teaching inventors, later more derogatory terms were used, but I will get into the later.

Mark had met with me and I shared with him my invention, in which he thought was great, so did everyone I showed it to, but still do date I have no great success story to tell from any invention, even now why Mark thought I had any qualifications to do any of these Jobs I really do not know, maybe because I showed an interest, looking back, maybe because I would be easy to manipulate.  With the Director, of Corporate Membership services, looking back and seeing the emails, I was really pushed into this job, almost goaded into taking the Job, that I KNEW I was not qualified for.  This is part of an email I received when I was being asked to take the job

Really….are you scared of this level of job? because if you are I'm going to make fun of you forever :)

I am an inventor who to date has never brought a product to market, I had no experience in any of the positions I did with the UIA, I had to teach myself just about everything , when I had questions I would email them to mark for clarification, It is my opinion it was my level of interest in inventing or looking back now, an easy victim, I was never asked for any work history, references, or anything like that,  I struggled with the decision to take the offer and had many discussions with my wife about it, I feared I could not do the job as described, Mark finally talked me into taking the position, and I jumped in head first not knowing what I was doing.  I was simply a UIA member trying help  people.  Then is when I learned how the corporate membership programs worked, Patron Membership 500.00 per year with no ROI, a small business platinum Membership 3000.00  per year included 2 emails per year to advertise to the UIA members, and one blog a month, and a Platinum Membership which hekd the same ROI as the Small business platinum Membership5000.00 per year.  In many cases even a large company could sign up for the 3000.00 membership it was said that its better to get 3000.00 from them than nothing at all. So even those “rules” were not enforced.

In a couple cases the UIA allowed companies to “pay to play” for emailing the UIA community, on one such case, Inventions Geneva was charged $500, for a patron membership and paid an additional $500.00 for the UIA to advertise their event. We sent out two emails for Inventions Geneva for the additional $500.

In the second case, Ron Docie signed up for a Patron membership and was allowed to advertise his services to the UIA community.  No other Patron member was afforded this opportunity unless it was where I asked them to send me something for a blog post thanking our patron members.

Certain trades were made with companies to exchange services for sponsorship, Fargo Design, and a radio station both had services trade agreements. Trade a membership from the UIA for their services.

It wasn’t till all this started that I realized that even the telling the corporate sponsors we were emailing at this point almost 14,000 members, the fact of the matter is really this well that’s not quite the truth either, you see almost 14,000 is the member count, but what they don’t tell you when they send out the emails is the some 5000 of those who have opted out of receiving emails from the UIA, and it doesn’t tell you of the 2000 to 3000 errors it gets from people signing up with fake, or improper emails, so how many out of almost 14,000 wind up actually getting an email, if my memory recalls somewhere between 6000 and 7000 that actually receive the email, and then add the bounce backs that came to my email, either the email for that person had changed, required verification, unknown delivery recipient, so the number may be even less than that.

Initially, when I started the membership director position there was NO voting. It was simply a company would want to join, they would pay their dues and they were added to the website and blog pages. After the Jan 2013 (annual) board meeting the process changed.  There are 5 members of the executive committee Mark Reyland (also the executive Director) Trevor Lambert, Ken Bloemer, Warren Tuttle (president), and Bill McHenry. Generally speaking I would do basic research on a company and send it over for a vote; the only NO vote I recall ever getting was from Bill McHenry. McHenry or Warren (I cannot remember which) initiated a conference call to discuss the company. After Bill presented his evidence as to why this company should not be allowed into the UIA, it was sent back out for vote, the votes came in 4 YES and 1 NO (the no was still Bill McHenry). It was a “majority wins” voting system, and once I had 3 YES votes I could send them (the new member) a link to make payment.

I received an email from a previous corporate sponsor who with their permission I will include their story where she says that their references were never even checked, The Company was promised a bunch of things that they never received, and feels taken advantage of as a corporate sponsor. The original letter is also on my blog. http://inventorswelcome.blogspot.com/

Here is the Quoted Email from this previous “Certified Pros’” letter to me , it seems as even when they had the Certified Pro label for what they now call sponsors, nothing was different, they were not doing all the checks they had promised the UIA community they promised they were doing anyway.  Maybe that explains the “so what” attitude, I guess nothing really changed but the name, they were never doing any actual research back then either.

“Dear Joe!

Thank you for your candor! I appreciate your honesty and boldness to step forward and "blow the whistle". I was actually offered your position by Mark Reyland almost a year ago and when I queried him on the outrageous requirements of the job position I never received an answer. I can validate your claim as I paid $5000.00 for a Platinum Membership and was never researched nor were my references called. A fact I found terribly disturbing given the level of "approval" i was supposed to be subjected to. I was promised that I would be invited to be a guest speaker at trade shows, attend VIP dinners where conferences were held and never received an invitation. I was fleeced for $5000.00 and couldn't even access the membership directory after paying. I could go on and on.

If you would like to discuss this with me further or need any fodder to substantiate your claims please feel free to call me!! I was left out to dry by the UIA at the Platinum Level and lost all hope in my invention and company.

I am SO appreciative you stepped out and brought this situation into the light!!

With gratitude,

Identity hidden intentionally.

So I have to wonder now with the UIA, was it ever about the actual Inventor, or was it about the money, I think we all know the answer to that. I cant even count the times I was told that the amount of money coming in didn’t cover the “nut”  I also know several weeks ago I was told directly by Mark Reyland that the UIA account had a over 700.00 negative balance,  that is what he said.

While I didn’t know about any actual perks involved with the tradeshow sponsors. The only thing I found odd, is InventionHome was always a sponsor of trade shows, I don’t know if that is wrong, just thought that they were just hand in hand with the UIA. I do not know what or if they paid for sponsorships, as trade shows were not my department; it just always struck me as odd.

As far as my job with the UIA goes, I was never written up for anything, I was never reprimanded, I was never in any sort of trouble None!  In reviewing emails I see a lot of praises for my hard work. I was terminated when I asked Mark to call me, related to being compensated for work I had completed 2 weeks prior in a text message which turned into a “back and forth” text argument that resulted in “the UIA will no longer require your services.” I was asked to take over inventingquestions@uiausa.org, because I was told by Mark Reyland that Roger Brown Inventor who had been answering the email was forced to quit doing the job, or face consequences greater than a few day suspensions he received from his workplace Edison Nation, and Roger Brown was to write an apology letter to John Young.  SO I took over that Job and was promised 500.00 per month, at the end of April I sent a report of how many questions came in, I submitted the required information at the end of the month.  I expected to be paid, when 2 weeks went by I sent mark a text message that said something like, Hey Bud, sorry for your loss, but when you have time I really need to talk to you about compensation on the inventing question thing.  Mark sent back a nasty message I sent a nasty message, this went back and forth and then I received the UIA will no longer require your services, in a text message

Its interesting reflecting back and now that as I have talked to 2 other people who were offered this position, they were offered a higher pay structure than I was, example being, a full platinum membership costs 5000.00 and commission on the 2 other contracts were 1000 commission, but I was only paid 750.00 for the same thing, I wonder now looking at Mark Reyland told me they were never offered 1000, was Mr Reyland been pocketing 250.00 of each sale I made?  I requested the procedures for hiring and firing and have not gotten a reply.  Also wouldn’t the pay involved in any position be something that would have been voted on by the board? Or does this just another example where Mark Reyland is the board and makes all the decisions on his own?  Why would my pay be different than someone else’s?  I can see where as I had no experience in the beginning, to make a smaller amount, but I had proven my abilities many times over.  I was also told that I would make a base pay of 500.00 per month, when QVC pulled their deal out I was told that I would no longer be getting a base pay,  there were times where I worked all month and if a sale didn’t come in, I spent the entire month and made absolutely NOTHING.

I was accused of hacking into the UIA computer systems, when the fact is I simply logged in with the credentials given to me by Mark. I found it actually refreshing that in Warren’s message to the members he admits to what I had told everyone; they did indeed change the certification to (just) sponsorship, but he did not address why the UIA failed to inform the UIA community of this change.

I truly do not understand; even before all this there are tons of stories of how unethical Mark is and how he is giving the UIA a bad name, to the point I was told directly by Mark, that the negativity around him cost the UIA some $200,000 per year on a 3-year deal with QVC (Martin Bispels) .  And I was told by Mark that Bill McHenry had asked for Mark’s resignation at some point to the board or maybe directly to Warren. Why the President of the organization would allow this I really have no clue.

If I could Make a recommendation to anyone it would be research,  Not just the UIA, but any company, find out who you are dealing with, find out who is in the company research those people as well,  I actually Have a few ideas on how to create an organization better than what the UIA is offering.

We Received THIS Today...

From: Joe Fournier <inventortech41@live.com>
Date: Wed, May 15, 2013 at 7:23 PM
Subject: Blowing the Whistle
Dear Members,
My Name is Joe Fournier. I was the Director of Membership Programs for the United Inventors Association.
I would like to firstly inform you that this email is being sent out to every member of the UIA.
Many of you go to the UIA website to look for corporate sponsors that you might want to do business with. In some cases, you would be better off doing a Google search. There are some important facts that you probably are unaware of. During the annual board meeting at the end of January 2013, the United Inventors Association CEASED certification of their sponsor companies because certification creates liability for the UIA. However they failed to offer you, the inventor in need of assistance, the courtesy of informing you that they had removed this safety net. The UIA board members preferred to allow you to trust that they were performing their due diligence with the companies who received their seal of membership for their websites and on the UIA website. In reality, the United Inventors Association was no longer performing any such service. My position as Director of Membership Programs was to find companies who wanted to sponsor (provide operational funding for) the UIA. Following the annual board meeting, companies that wished to sponsor the UIA would send me their BASIC information. I would then send that information to the UIA executive committee who would then vote Yes or No. My position required NO RESEARCH into the past histories, current practices, ethics, or basic trustworthiness of those companies. In many cases, the request for sponsorship approval was sent out and within minutes YES replies were returned. I feel that there was NO ATTEMPT AT RESEARCHING the potential sponsor companies due to the swiftness of the replies I had received. In fact the only negative response I had EVER received was from Bill McHenrey. Even when he had said no and presented valid reasons why the company should not be a sponsor, he was out voted by the remainder of the committee. That company paid between $3000 and $5000 to become a sponsor and have access to the UIA mailing list. While they were not allowed to have the mailing list at their discretion, we would send out promotional mailings for this company to the inventor members of the UIA. If a company wants to access our members the only requirement is PAYMENT. Special programs were designed for patron sponsors at a cost of $250.00 per email to have anything at they desired sent to all of you. This is basically a “pay to play” agenda.
The UIA website has not been updated and no new material has been added since I joined this organization.
I have had personal conversations with Mark Reyland, the Executive Director of the United Inventors Association, during which he explained that he was duplicating a product another inventor had only recently successfully brought to the consumer market. Mark Reyland, the EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR of the UIA made DEMANDS that this inventor show him the claims on the patent the inventor held. He has even asked me to do CAD design work for a product that I now believe he was trying to at least directly interfere with the success of, if not outright steal .
Please do your own research. Perform a Google search on Mark Reyland or on the UIA and draw your own conclusions.
I would like to formally apologize for any direct or indirect actions on my part that may have resulted in damage to any of you. It was never my intention to act in any manner that could be perceived in any way as unethical. I believed in the mission of the UIA, and believed I was acting to HELP inventors bring their ideas and products to the public.

Mark Reyland Comes Clean !

We cant help but think what the United Inventors Association Board and UIA members think about this.

Mark T. Reyland
Mark T. Reyland

I would like to end the battle with a confession and apology to all of you. I truly hope for forgiveness.

I have spent the last 10 years of my life learning how to best serve the inventing community. In that time I've built businesses, but failed businesses, failed inventors, never brought products to market, miscalculated, over-calculated, laughed, cried and had the time of my life.

But, like any journey, it's important to stop sometimes and recognize the mistakes that have brought me to where I am today. I choose to give myself the gifts of humility and reflection.

The only professional honor I have ever been granted is the opportunity to serve all of you as the Executive Director of the United Inventors Association of America. Its an honor I fight to hold on to at any cost.

I intend to continue my tenure accomplishing the things we've set out to do. But before I move forward, I must first apologize for the lies Ive told in creating the ongoing situation with Troy "Gizmo" Robison, John Young and Nancy Tedeschi ,Peter Dunn, Derek Pater . It has been a difficult battle and one I'm eager to put behind me. They were in fact correct about me in all their accusations.

Although my intentions have always been to help better the inventing community, I'd like to sincerely and publicly apologize to any and all I may have hurt over these many years with my deception and lies Please accept my deepest apology and let us move forward towards a more positive day.

The truth is, I have no industry success, I have no products on the market. I over exaggerated my credentials on the UIA application, because I wanted that position to be looked up to in the industry. Warren Tuttle the UIA president knows this now, but because Ive been doing a good job funding the UIA its over looked now.

To the inventing community, the UIA Board and the UIA members ;

I am responsible for false accusations against Troy "Gizmo" Robison, John Young and Nancy Tedeschi, Derek Pater and Peter Dunn.

Also I'm responsible for making false reports to LinkedIn to have them silenced and am directly responsible for the banning of John Young.

Many of you received private messages from both Roger Brown and myself asking for you to file complaints against him. It worked, John is now gone and I apologise to him and all of you for my part in it. Ive created many false profiles to use against them in the complaints. I had no choice at the time and saw no other way to hide their accusations that at the time wasn't ready to confess to.

I won't allow these mistakes to distract me from my mission of inventor education. I will continue to travel, listen, and talk to the thousands of you who feel as passionate about inventing as I do. I will continue to work tirelessly, to help make the UIA the best resource for inventors and to change to a standard of behavior we as an industry can be proud to one day achieve.

I ask for your forgiveness and that of the ones I almost destroyed who were only telling the truth to protect inventors from my deception and false credential claims at the time. From this day forward I hope to put this all behind us and start new and honestly from now on

I truly love our industry, I love what we're capable of producing together, and I'm excited to continue serving all of you well into the future.

The United Inventors Association of America

I was reluctant to let you into the group Mark after all of the issues about yourself and the UIA. Anyway thanks for the apology it is a little late but appreciated

Peter,
I am truly sorry for the lies and accusations against all of you. I realize that you, your friends and group are for the good of the inventors.

I wanted to help too, but no one knew who I was in the beginning. I had to create an image for myself and made up claims to do it. You and the others were right about me the whole time. You could see through it as I now know everyone could.

Now I'm done with the deception and want to start off in a new way. I must admit I was surprised you allowed me to join, but I wanted to apologize here to you first for all the stalker claims.

I know you are a good guy and you are a fighter also. Others gave up after a few posts I made against them, but not you and the others.

That's a team I would like to be a part of, 2 years of battle and you never backed down. Well you won, and I'm very sorry, please I beg your forgiveness and would like to put the past behind us

It's time to move on Mark. I hope that you can continue on your new path. On reflection it is John Young who you should really apologize to as it is he who has suffered the most. Being banned from LinkedIn because of your actions is incomprehensible so I hope you can make amends.

Mark T. Reyland

This is for Tania Reynaert ,

Tania I apologize for calling your husbands employer, also for making others think poorly of you. Yes I added my name to your patent application and you caught me. I wasn't thinking clearly back then, everything I tried in inventing industry failed. I saw your idea as a vehicle to get some recognition and now know it was wrong. I'm sorry for dragging you through the mud and creating a circus every time you tried to bring it to light. I especially beg your forgiveness.

Troy Robision, you are one hell of a researcher, you saw through every thing I tried to do.I had no choice but to ruin your name and call you a criminal and a stalker. That's why I would never answer the questions about my back ground, because you had the answers. I avoided answering them by the only way I could by discrediting you. We were friends once and I would like to once again to have that privilege.

Nancy Tedeschi, You have done things I could only dream of, it hurt to see others like you succeed while I was left behind. So I did to you what I did to all the others, I lied about you. You are a beautiful intelligent lady and I hope you also accept my apology

John Young, Sorry for all the harm I caused you. I will contact LinkedIn to try to have you reinstated.

Derek Pater, Sorry mate, I hope we can be friends.

Let there be no mistake, I was wrong and now admit it. I would like second chance.

Knives out for US inventor service company CEO

Trouble at t' US invention mill

Inventors and bar-room brawl aficionados could do worse than look in on this discussion forum – at the time of writing, 258 comments and rising fast – where several members of the United States inventor community are busy smashing furniture and filling the air with oaths, accusations, passion, libel, illiteracy and incoherence. The title of the discussion – reproduced here exactly as written – is:
Would You Call DAVIDSON INVENTION SUBMISSION COMPANY..” One Of Your OWN “. And Praise Them For Biulding A Cool Place With Inventor RIP OFF MONEY.
Explanation follows, but the capitals alone give some sense of the pressure about to blow.
The focus of it all is Mark Reyland, CEO of the United Inventors Association of America. He wrote a blog piece praising well-known US inventor services outfit Davison (not Davidson). They, it appears, are not held in high esteem by inventor John Young, who then kicked off the discussion. Hence the title.
But forget Davison. John Young’s main target is Mark Reyland. Why? The precise reason is unclear to say the least, but the direction of travel of John’s loathing is beyond doubt. And it’s evidently shared by other US inventors.
Inventors united against United Inventors
What seems to be happening now is that several US inventors who also have a bone to pick with Reyland are jointly challenging him to justify his claim to be a big wheel in the US inventor services world, and to respond to a number of allegations of sharp practice.
To give Reyland his due, he’s willing to answer back: but in more than one name, never to the point, and in an irrational and provocatively ad hominem manner that merely adds fuel to the fire.
Unfortunately – or fortunately, if it’s entertainment you’re after – several of his adversaries can easily match his inflammatory ramblings and taunts with their own, which makes the ‘discussion’ somewhat difficult to follow. (An honourable exception is inventor and entrepreneur Nancy Tedeschi, who is doing her patient best to get answers from Mark Reyland by asking nicely. With no success whatsoever.)
Inventor services company in name only?
Throwing all legal caution to the winds (when in Rome…), our own take on the shenanigans is this:
First, the United Inventors Association of America may be more smoke and mirrors than reality. Despite its ‘board of directors’ we’d bet that for all practical purposes UIA is Mark Reyland and no one else.
Second, Mark Reyland is a paranoid fantasist who mistakenly thinks he’s very clever in his use of multiple personalities and other forms of fakery to keep his plates spinning.
Yes, it’s that bad.
One can speculate on how many screws might be loose, but our guess is that for Mr Reyland the priority is seeking attention, not making money. And boy, is he getting a lot of attention right now. That probably makes him a happy, if disturbed, bunny while leaving his more mercurial adversaries raging and frothing impotently. Thus, stalemate rather than checkmate.
Our own ten pennorth of advice was to have UIA tax returns checked for any irregularities. That’s how they got Al Capone, after all. But Capone had assets. We suspect that any serious investigation of UIA will discover that it has no real substance, which might account for the inability so far for critics to deliver a knockout blow.
Other than that, starving the man of attention will probably have more effect than feeding him yet more of the oxygen of publicity that he craves. But as other posters seem unable to get that message, fat chance of a speedy end to all the increasingly futile exchanges. This show will run and run!
Do we have an equivalent situation in the UK? Not that we know of. But when it comes to unanswered questions there is always Nesta, which will be the subject of our next post…

UPDATE: As of 26 January the LinkedIn discussion thread seems to have vanished, after more than 500 posts. Probably for the best as it was all getting absolutely nowhere, but it still leaves a very large question mark hanging over the integrity of UIA and the people who run it.

I am John young, I’m publicly accusing Mark reyland Of being a fraud. Ive investigated his credentials, and his credential claims. Its very simple, they don’t match, not only they don’t match, they don’t exist.
His claims of his many patented products = 1 provisional patent application that is listed as Abandoned, Yes that’s it, Oh wait there is his name as co inventor that he put on another inventor clients application without her prior knowledge, but that doesn’t show when you enter his name at the USPTO.
All his other claims of multi million dollar products on the market are lies too, everything he claims is a lie.
So I publicly called him on it, asking for proof and saying I know there isn’t any.
This is what started all this, he couldn’t answer it, So I sent an email to the UIA board members asking for proof and telling them of my investigation and findings. I posted the emails for all to see because it involves all inventors.
They never replied, I sent 2 more, no reply, I called the UIA office and left massages to please call me, No calls.
The UIA obviously knows of Reylands B.S. and are OK with it.
For me this is totally unacceptable and I will fight on behalf of all inventors in every country to clean us of uncaring, unethical, fraudulent, unresponsive, high and mighty, UIA Inventor resource.
They don’t care about you, don’t let Mark Reyland walk with us. He needs to be shunned from the invention community.
I don’t have time to get in to his multiple personalities and fictitious names he uses. Its that unbelievable !

Great synopsis Graham. I threw in a couple of early comments to the discussion and I use that term loosely as its disintergrated into a pointless slanging match
What I find incredulous is the comments Mark Reyland makes whether under his own name or masquerading under false names via made up Linked In and other blog accounts. He denies being those people even though he has been outed, and apologised on other forums when busted for doing exactly that.
This is the head of the UIA (USA) we are talking about – can you imagine any director of a UK company least of all a not for profit trade association behaving like that?
And he appears to enjoy it – deliberately inciting his adversaries to froth at the mouth; rant and rant and rant some more.
Of course those who feel ripped off and offended by him – a man standing accused of operating under false credentials, promoting invention service firms who have (alledgedly) cheated inventors out of £thousands, accused of (and busted I believe) putting his own name on an inventors Patent Application; posing as multiple personalities created to act in his defence when under pressure in blogs – demand answers as to why this man can remain the director of the Inventors Association.
Yet nothing changes – a director he remains – so either your thoughts on the matter regards him being the only official director of the UIA supported by a toothless board or a dozen or so aggrieved inventors have become obsessed with outing him on baseless grounds.
That said – the allegations do not appear baseless – the false identities and his own comments and confessions support much of what is being aired.
So is he a delusional person, a conman or a victim driven mad by what he describes as ‘stalkers’?
Whatever the answer, one thing for sure is that the way he is dealing with people is entirely unbecoming of a director of the USA’s largest inventor trade association – and for that reason alone he ought to step down
Oh and of course – he did default on a contractual obligation to the UK Invention Forum (then trading as UIA UK for a short-time) and when challenged by its CEO began a public under-mining & attack on him & his credentials – all entirely unfounded
So I think we know enough…
But how does he survive without the USA governence authorities stepping in to deal with matters formally?

First: Thank you Ryan, from the Philippines on your hilarious comment on Mark Reyland and his sex toy.We felt the same!

Back to business: Other than Mark Reyland and his constant begging on the behalf of the UIAUSA,  Roger Brown of www.rogerbrown.net is sending emails again. This time from a newly created email address. The funny part is we're stumped if he's FOR Mark Reyland or AGAINST him!

He searches him almost daily, in quotes on Google with search terms like: Mark Reyland UIA scam, Mark Reyland steals inventions, Mark Reyland Kenny Durham, Mark Reyland Edison Nation scam, Mark Reyland inventors, Mark Reyland inventions, Mark Reyland Patents, Mark Reyland products in retail, Mark Reyland Johnny Gee. Each time he clicks on this blog knowing there's nothing here to show him what he doesn't already know.

Is he friend to Mark Reyland or is he helping Mark Reyland's conman name get optimized by google search?

To be honest, we're not sure considering he continues the crazy emails pretending to be someone else. Is he sending the emails because Reyland demands he do so while at the same time trying to break free from Reyland by pinpointing search engines?

Maybe.
